1. Personal Data Processed, Purpose, and Legal Basis

What personal data do we process?

  • Data provided voluntarily: Name, surname, company, email address, phone number (via contact form).
  • Browsing data: IP addresses, domain names of computers used by users (processed in an anonymous and aggregated form for statistical purposes only).

Why do we process them (Purpose and Legal Basis)?

Personal data provided by users are used exclusively to respond to requests for information and queries expressly submitted by users. The legal basis for processing is the execution of pre-contractual measures or the legitimate interest of the Controller in responding to received communications.

What happens if we cannot process the data?

Providing data through the contact form is optional. However, refusing to provide such data will make it impossible for the Firm to respond to the specific requests of the data subject.

How long do we keep them?

Personal data will be kept for the time strictly necessary to provide feedback to the requests received and, subsequently, deleted, unless required by legal obligations or the need for legal protection.

2. Processing Methods and Cookies

The collected data are processed using computer tools. Appropriate security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use, and unauthorized access.

Cookie Policy: This website adopts a “Privacy by Design” policy. No profiling cookies or third-party cookies (such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel) are used. We exclusively use:

  • Technical cookies: strictly necessary for the website’s functioning.
  • Anonymous statistics: the site uses a self-hosted internal analysis system that collects data in an aggregated and anonymous form, without user profiling and without transmitting data to third parties.

Typefaces (Google Fonts) are loaded locally from the Firm’s server and do not involve data exchange with third-party servers.

3. Who processes the personal data?

Personal data are processed by internal personnel authorized and trained for processing, who are bound by professional secrecy. They may also be processed by external professionals who manage the technical maintenance of the website, formally designated as Data Processors.

4. Rights of the Data Subject

The data subject has the right to request from the data controller:

  • Access to their personal data and rectification;
  • Erasure (right to be forgotten) or restriction of processing;
  • Objection to processing;
  • Data portability (where applicable).

This website does not perform user profiling.

To exercise your rights, please write to: info@loprienolaw.com. The data subject also has the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
