Since 1999, Lawyer Lucia Loprieno has been active in the field of patents and trademarks. In 2012, at the same time as the establishment of specialized departments at the Italian Business Courts, she founded Venice Intellectual Property as a study and research project, also comparing with the European law and Anglo-Saxon jurisprudence. Loprieno Law assists the Client from the registration of the trademark or the patent, up to the possible litigation phase before the Tribunal of Entrepreneurs of Venice and the Court of Appeal of Venice. Lawyer Lucia Loprieno is a member of the study commission of the Veneto Region in the field of Patents and Trademarks.
