Intellectual property is the product of the most imaginative and versatile mind, it is able to translate in words, music or in tools, an idea, whatever this idea it is. The Loprieno Law protects the Idea and its Author, provides assistance to the Authors and Creators, either in the negotiation and contractual phases and in the litigation before the Tribunal of Venice and the Court of Appeal of Venice in all cases of infringement, from unfair competition, to the mere unauthorized reproduction of the work of another.

A project founded by Loprieno Law, has set itself the aim to study, comment and confront sentences from the Venetian Court in the matter of patents and copyrights, and the sentences of the Venetian Tribunal of Entrepreneurs. The work not only focuses on the jurisprudence, but it will also focus upon the legislation and all relevant aspects with respect to intellectual property.
